First Dublin Supper Club
Welcome to my new blog about supper clubs.
I held the first one on Saturday and am planning another one for Saturday 13 March.
It went really well. There were 21 people and they all seemed to enjoy the food and the atmosphere which was very gratifying. They were a lovely group and the atmosphere was grreat. As it happens there were no vegetarians this time so I didn’t do a vegetarian main course.
I had four tables and served a starter of lentil crisps with hummus, tomato salad and tomato and olive bread. The main course was Boeuf Bourguignon with mashed potato and carrots with lemon butter. The desserts were chocolate mousse, tiramisu and orange salad.
There are already two people booked in for March and if you would like to join them please email SupperClubDublin@gmail.com
Or if you would like to hold a private gathering for 15-22 people on another night, I would be delighted to talk to you about it.

My friend Angela who slaved away for the night! Angela is planning to do one at a later date when I will return the favour.

Well done, Sheila. It all sounds delicious.
