Menu 10 April

These are my ideas so far for Saturday 10 April. They may change depending on availability or whim! Membership for this night is €25.

Aperitif

  • Glass of prosecco.

Starter (vegan)

  • Aubergine caviar with olive and tomato bread (organic flour) and olives (probably Kalamata).

Main course choices

  • Spiced rice pilaff with organic chicken (from Mag McDonnell) and pine nuts with salad; or
  • Smoked trout (www.goatsbridgetrout.ie) with new potatoes and salad; or
  • Vegan main course: Spiced rice pilaff with home-cooked cannellini beans, pine nuts and salad.

Dessert

  • Chocolate mousse; and, or, Coffee cake and orange salad (vegan)

Tea, coffee or chamomile tea with macaroons.

There will be jugs of filtered water on the tables. I have been using Daniel Downey’s filter system for several years and find it really economic and good. www.cleanwater.ie

Menu and music quiz for Saturday 13 march

Just a few places left for this Saturday 13 March; and places available for Saturday 27 March

Menu

The menu for this Saturday is slightly different to the first event.

As usual club membership is €25 and includes the above. Bring your own wine or whatever you like to drink.

Vegetarian option available

Please let me know if you would like a vegetarian option: Vegetarian chilli with guacamole, tacos and sour cream.

Quiz

On Saturday, there will be a music quiz from our resident music geek – one round before each course.

This is a fun quiz with something for everyone and we can continue with music after the meal.

SupperClubDublin is now taking bookings for Saturday 27 March and Saturday 10 April – the Saturday after Easter Sunday. I will ask you to let me know in advance which choices you would prefer.

Saturday 13 March

The next supper club will be on Saturday 13 March.

Membership for the night is €25 and includes a three-course dinner. Bring your own wine. No corkage fee. Tips are welcome.

Please let me know if you would prefer to sit at a table with your friends or if you would like to sit at a communal table.

The next supper club on Saturday 13 March will be a music night with a quiz compered by our very own resident music geek.

Every genre from classical to punk to contemporary will be included so you’re bound to know something!

There will be a round of questions before each course and if the mood is right and the bodies willing, we will push back the tables at the end of the night and throw caution to the wind.

Meat from Irish organic farm

Membership for the night is €25 and includes a three-course dinner followed by tea or coffee. All the food is homemade and organic produce used when possible. The meat is from the Irish Coolanowle Country House & Oragnic Farm www.organicmeat.ie There is a choice of three desserts – or you can have all three if you feel up to it!

Bring your own wine

Bring your own wine or whatever you like to drink. Filtered water supplied. Tips welcome.
